2. Purpose of Use
The information collected will be used for the following purposes:
(1) Provision and operation of this site (account management, identity verification, maintenance of login status);
(2) Contest administration (acceptance of entries, content review by the secretariat, judging, and notification/announcement of results);
(3) Responding to inquiries and communicating important notices;
(4) Addressing violations of the Terms of Use or Entry Rules, and preventing unauthorized use;
(5) Site improvements and troubleshooting/incident response;
(6) Maintenance of the registrant list, as well as notifications regarding awards, matching with companies/organizations, survey requests, and other information related to this contest and KCP/KCF projects (you may request to stop receiving such information via the inquiry form on this site).
3. Information Made Public
1. On the forum, your display name (nickname), post content, post timestamp, and member rank will be visible to other users. Your real name, email address, and prefecture of residence will not be disclosed.
2. Once the secretariat has completed its review, submitted entries—including the registered name, work title, work summary (staff names, etc.), and the work itself—will be published on the official KCP YouTube channel and the list of entries on this site (subject to the permissions granted under Article 3 of the Contest Entry Rules).

Acquired information may be stored on the servers of these external providers (including locations outside Japan). The Committee entrusts the handling of data to these service providers to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes of use. Where necessary, we provide information regarding the personal information protection systems of the relevant foreign countries or obtain the individual's consent.

6. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion (including Account Cancellation)
1. Requests from individuals for the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion (account cancellation) of registered information are accepted via the site's contact form; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the individual's identity.
2. Even if an account is cancelled, submitted works will remain published because the license granted under the Submission Terms remains in effect. However, if an individual requests withdrawal for a valid reason, we will discuss the matter individually and take appropriate action, such as deletion. Regarding forum posts, the body of the post will be retained to maintain the coherence of the forum content, while the author's name will be changed to an anonymous label such as "Withdrawn User."
