Guidelines: A Guide to the Creative Lab

1. When you post: be creative

  • Talk in ways that drive "evolution": When you criticize, include a constructive suggestion on how it could be better.
  • Respect diverse views: KCP is a place where "ABC" (Art/Business/Culture) come together. Approach expertise and values that differ from yours with curiosity.
  • Enjoy the process of co-creation: Share not only finished work, but also your struggles, insights and fragments of ideas. They may inspire someone else.

2. Prohibited conduct: keeping the workshop lively

  • Personal attacks and defamation: Disagreement is accepted, but please refrain from remarks that hurt others.
  • Unauthorized reposting and copyright infringement: Treat ideas and works in progress with care. Posts that infringe the rights of others are subject to immediate removal.
  • Nuisance posts and excessive sales posts: Please do not post spam that disrupts discussion, or posts made only to advertise.
  • Violations of public order, morals or law: Excessive political or religious solicitation and socially inappropriate posts are strictly prohibited.

3. KCP's own rules: transparency and responsibility

  • Disclose how you worked with AI: When you post ideas or works made with generative AI, state clearly what role AI played. This recognizes AI as a "partner" and increases transparency.
  • Editing and removal: The organizers (KCF Executive Committee) reserve the right to edit or remove posts that do not follow these guidelines, without notice.
  • Responsibility: Posters are responsible for the content of their posts and for any trouble that results from them.

4. After you post

  • Constructive conflict is welcome: When different views collide, that is a sign of "evolution." Please share the new conclusions that come out of the discussion.
  • Use the contact point: If you are unsure about the rules or suspect a rights violation, report it to the KCP Operations Secretariat or ask for advice promptly.

Dialogue makes the work evolve.
